While every one of Green Village’s phases deserves admiration, what really caught my eye was the farming community experience offered by Phase 4. Unlike other phases, the construction of the farm villa has been completely left to the buyer’s discretion. I personally prefer building my own villa so this was a big boon for me. What made this even better though was the view of Godavari as well as Gautami-Godavari dams from my farm. The icing on the cake, however, came from Rachita themselves. The service provided was top-class while the entire buying experience was unlike any other I’ve experienced in the whole of India!
